Throughout history, women have played countless roles, many of them decisive and fundamental.  As mothers, as wives and active members of society in all fields, unquestionable engines of human development and tireless fighters to achieve welfare and who unconditionally deliver their greatest improvement desires only to fulfill those responsibilities, often inherent to their nature. 

Unfortunately, many times this important presence and preponderance in the life of societies has been overshadowed, even though women refused surrender or left aside their personal and social goals and objectives.

All of them deserve our deepest respect, support and solidarity, either for their tireless efforts at home educating their children, from the institutions they represent, or from their workplace. They have devoted their lives to build society, to raise dignified and responsible human beings, to honor their principles and values and to fight for what was denied to them since ancient times for no reason whatsoever.  From the hardest battles fought in history, from the realm of science and numbers, from education and upbringing, from the universe of arts and culture, or from any profesión or craft, from their individuality and essence, women have lived up to the needs with exceptional results.

Today and tomorrow, let us commemorate all the women of the world always, each one of them has contributed to balance, delivered different and disruptive points of view, been the bearer of clarity, expressed her opinions and contributed to society with her high level of intuition, overcome obstacles and challenged her capacity for dedication and devotion.

From all the aforesaid it becomes clear:
